In modern industrial companies, computer-aided systems control the production processes and ensure trouble-free operation. As an industrial electrician (m/f/d) specializing in industrial engineering, you will prevent expensive malfunctions. You install the systems, set them up, program and test them. If a fault does occur, you will find the cause and rectify it. This is how you keep “the store running”.

Every year, between 5 and 10 apprentices start their training as electronics technicians (m/f/d) at TRIPS.

• Analyzing electrical systems and testing functions
• Planning and carrying out electrical installations
• Analyze and adapt control systems
• Providing information technology systems
• Ensure electrical power supply and safety of operating equipment
• Program and implement controls for systems
• Selecting and integrating drive systems
• Integrate control systems and communication systems
• Planning, implementing, commissioning and handing over, maintaining and optimizing automation systems

You will work live on real projects right from the start. In our TRIPS Trainee Academy, you will learn theory and receive technical support in these areas from our in-house trainers:

• Fundamentals of electrical engineering
• Basic circuits
• Basics of electronics
• Basics of control technology
• Basics of programming technology

After the first year, you get deeper into the cabinets and learn even more about circuits and circuit diagrams until you are a real professional and after 2 years you take your final exam. Your knowledge will have expanded to include these skills:

• Electrical engineering expertise
• Measurement technology expertise
• Specialist knowledge of control technology
• Specialist knowledge of programming technology
• Basic knowledge of drive technologies

You have the opportunity to complete your training with us as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for automation technology after successfully completing it, or you can join us directly as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for automation technology with a secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification. Your options and opportunities are almost unlimited.
