In Charge of the Future – A new training year at TRIPS

We are delighted to welcome six new apprentices and one dual student to our team at the start of their training. This step underlines TRIPS’ ongoing commitment to promoting young talent in the fields of electronics, automation and electrical engineering as well as IT in the Mainfranken region.

The new trainees will start their careers as electronics technicians (m/f/d) for automation technology, industrial electricians (m/f/d) specializing in industrial engineering or IT specialists (m/f/d) for system integration, while the dual student will begin her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and information technology (BET) at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (THWS) at the same time. With this initiative, TRIPS is continuing to focus on the development and promotion of young talent in order to consolidate its position as an innovation leader in the industry.
