For our Grafenrheinfeld site, we are looking for you as a Logistics / Export Employee (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

These areas of work await you:

Logistics / shipping / transport order processing

Administrative planning, management, processing and control of

• Freight transportation, courier and special trips nationally and internationally
• Procurement logistics
• Sea freight / air freight
• Administrative planning, control, handling of transports in inward processing traffic EU foreign countries / Poland
• Logistical support for other branches

Foreign Trade / Export Control Division

• Customs processing imports / exports worldwide
• Preparation / monitoring of export declarations
• Product classification / classification of goods in the customs tariff (customs tariff classification)

Export control

• Verification of the export control classification numbers
• Examination of sanctions, export and goods lists
• ICTS intra-trade statistics

Preferential right of origin

• Preparation of supplier declarations with / without preferential origin status
• Creation of certificate of origin
• Creation of movement certificate EUR.1
• Organization of foreign assignments for our employees, construction site equipment

That sets you apart:

• Training as a forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping and international export processing
• Field-proven expertise in logistics and shipping, specializing in the export of equipment
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English
