For our headquarters in Grafenrheinfeld we are looking for you as a project manager (m/f/d) for our production.
Your tasks
These areas of work await you:
- Team management (employee management, employee instruction and supervision, time monitoring, vacation planning, occupational health and safety, etc.)
- Technical handling of projects
- Ordering materials and ensuring material flow
- Capacity planning
- Customer acceptance (creation of acceptance protocol and ensuring documentation)
- Customer clarifications (delivery date, technical details and commercial clarifications)
- Schedule and cost monitoring of projects, continuous monitoring and early countermeasures in the event of imminent deviations from plan
- If required: assistance at the inquiry stage, support during customer visits (technical and organizational support)
Your qualification
That sets you apart:
- Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) desirable
- Further training as a technician, master craftsman (m/f/d) desirable
- Experience in project management
- Independent working, flexible and team player
- High degree of customer and service mentality and business understanding
- Good written and spoken German
