The TRIPS Group was delighted to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Caroline and Christian Trips’ management this summer. Since joining the family business, the two have developed the company into an internationally recognized player in the field of automation and process control technology as well as information and communication technology through visionary leadership and dedicated commitment.
Under her leadership, the TRIPS group has not only successfully expanded to more than 300 employees over the last three decades, but has also secured a firm place at the forefront of technological developments. With locations in Grafenrheinfeld, Wülfrath, Augsburg, Wykroty and Krapkowice, the company offers a wide range of services and operates worldwide. TRIPS has also been a pioneer in the recruitment of international specialists for almost a decade and lives a diverse corporate culture.

They have also established strong international partnerships, thereby ensuring the company’s global success.
