The Trips management board is very pleased: In this years final examination the former apprentice Sebastian Wappes became second-best electrician for automation technology in Mainfranken. With 95 points and a “Very Good” in all subjects he belongs to the best of all in all 4.470 apprentices who have been tested this year.
So the training concept of the automation service provider proves to be a success story. Unlike as in many other training workshops the Trips apprentices work in real projects right from the beginning. They deal with customer projects with a large degree of independence and are only guided and supported by their training manager. Besides that they get inhouse trainings to be optimally prepared for their examinations.
