As in previous years, we were also represented at SBIT Schweinfurt in 2025 – a great trade fair that opens up valuable future prospects for young talent. This event, excellently organized by the Wirtschaftsjunioren Schweinfurt, offers various employers from the region the opportunity to present themselves.
On Saturday, 29.03.2025, almost 100 exhibitors gathered on the Maininsel – including TRIPS. As a specialist in automation solutions, we couldn’t miss this opportunity to talk to people looking for training.
We were particularly proud of our brand new exhibition stand, which was a real highlight with its modern, bright design and our new vision of “engineering future solutions”. Our team provided exciting insights into our diverse apprenticeships, such as industrial electrician, and the dual study program.

What interested parties can learn at TRIPS was demonstrated directly on site: The four-in-a-row game programmed by trainees generated particular enthusiasm, inviting many visitors to join in. As always, Caroline and Christian Trips were also on site and exchanged ideas with young talents.
We look forward to the exciting encounters and are excited about the future – together with the specialists of tomorrow!
