The TRIPS group, one of the leading family-owned companies in the automation industry, is setting another milestone in its international, innovative growth strategy with the opening of a new, state-of-the-art plant in Krapkowice, Poland. The new production halls are part of TRIPS Automatyka Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. in Wykroty, which has been in operation since 2016.
With this expansion, the innovative family business is further strengthening its presence in Poland and at the same time consolidating its pioneering position as a system house. The opening of the plant is characterized by innovation, future viability and a clear statement on the global growth strategy as part of the company’s worldwide customer structure that has been in place for over 40 years.
With the slogan “Ready for Tomorrow”, the TRIPS group has for years underlined its vision of always being one step ahead and facing the challenges of the future with innovative solutions, as well as meeting them in an optimized way. The opening of the ultra-modern plant in Krapkowice is a symbol of the company’s ongoing readiness to meet the needs of tomorrow’s market.
Managing Director Caroline Trips emphasizes the importance of this company expansion: “Our investment in the new plant in Poland is a clear commitment to our ongoing pursuit of innovation and future viability. We are convinced that this expansion will not only strengthen our local presence, but also make a significant contribution to our global growth strategy. Our company has always been a family business and is absolutely enkelfähig. This fills me with pride and gratitude.”
Managing Director Christian Trips adds: “With the motto ‘Ready for Tomorrow’, we are not only expressing our enthusiasm for innovation, but also signaling to our customers once again that they can rely on us at all times when it comes to future-oriented solutions. We are the EPC partner for automation, process control systems and IoT. Our #TRIPSteam is highly motivated, well trained and ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.”
The TRIPS group chose the Polish-Dutch construction company CoBouw Polska, which has specialized in the planning and general construction of halls with modern office buildings for over 20 years, as its partner.
Poland’s plant manager Łukasz Kowalski emphasizes the plant’s modern production facilities and comprehensive services: “Our highly qualified teams in Krapkowice are not only technologically up to date, but also ready to drive innovation. We offer not only products, but also holistic solutions in the production of control and protection cabinets, low-voltage switchboards, installation work on machines and production lines as well as project management, FAT support, comprehensive engineering services and hardware and software expertise.”
The TRIPS group is looking forward not only to setting technological standards with the new plant in Poland, but also to further advancing its mission as a pioneering company. This also includes active cooperation with the headquarters in Grafenrheinfeld, where investments will also be made this year in the expansion and development of the site – all in the spirit of #readyfortomorrow.
