We are pleased to announce that TRIPS is now an official member of the Bavarian Family Pact. This initiative is supported by the BavarianState Government in cooperation with the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Bavarian Business Association (vbw) and the Bavarian Association of SkilledCrafts. The Bavarian Family Pact aims to promote the compatibility of family and career in the region – a goal that fits perfectly with our corporate values.
The Bavarian Family Pact offers companies the opportunity to develop innovative solutions for a better balance between work life and family commitments and to share best practices. For TRIPS, membership is a symbol of our commitment to supporting the needs of our #TRIPSteam and creating a work environment that emphasizes flexibility and appreciation.
In a manufacturing and service company with project business like ours, it can be challenging to organize working hours flexibly and take individual needs into account. Nevertheless, we see it as our responsibility to make a contribution to reconciling work and family life by offering tailor-made solutions. The Bavarian Family Pact supports us in tackling these challenges and finding new approaches together with other member companies.
