We are looking for a team leader cloud services and virtualization (m/f/d) at our Grafenrheinfeld headquater with immediate effect.

Key duties:

General

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the Cloud Services and Virtualization department and further development and expansion of the department
  • Contact person for Head of IT for planning and realization of internal and external projects in the area of cloud services and virtualization
  • Personnel requirements planning, training requirements planning and further development of employees (m/f/d) in consultation with Head of IT and the OHR department
  • Establishment, management and professional development of your team with regard to new technologies and standards, coordination with the Head of IT

Cloudservices

  • Responsibility for planning, execution and monitoring of complex cloud projects in the area of public cloud (Azure, AWS)
  • Migrations of systems into the cloud
  • Operate and further develop our hosting solutions/platforms and those of our customers
  • Contributing to the development and innovation of our service and solution portfolio
  • Monitoring of our cloud service solutions (COMOS, XHQ, MS)

Virtualization

  • Consulting, development and implementation of new architectures in the area of IT, storage, virtualization and network (e.g. based on VMware, various storage solutions, network and Fibre Channel) for our own IT infrastructure but also for our customer projects

Qualification required:

  • Successfully completed academic training (computer science, business informatics or comparable) or training as an IT specialist, system administrator (m/f/d) and / or several years of professional experience
  • distinct passion for the latest technologies and trends in the cloud environment
  • good knowledge in consulting Microsoft solutions in the on-premise and cloud area
  • comprehensive IT infrastructure knowledge in the above mentioned areas ideally with experience in project and managed service business
  • ability to develop, transport and implement a vision for a team
  • High degree of customer and service mentality and business understanding
  • Ideally leadership experience and confident demeanor
  • good communication skills, flexibility & team spirit
  • good command of German and English, both written and spoken
