Disciplinary and technical management of the Engineering department<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Strategic further development of the technologies used, market observation of new trends and implementation of new automation solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical development of the assigned departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Responsibility for order planning and control as well as compliance with the target productivity of the individual departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Optimization of project processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Personnel requirements planning, training requirements planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Your qualification<\/h2>
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Training and further education\/studies in the field of electrical engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and circuit diagram creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Several years of professional experience, preferably through commissioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Several years of management experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Business and technical management of major projects, preferably in the process industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Reliability and willingness to take responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n
High level of commitment and dedication<\/li>\n\n\n\n
High level of empathy and diplomacy paired with assertiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Very good knowledge of English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
