TRIPS continues its successful growth trajectory: At the start of the new year, the expert in switchgear construction and automation has reached a major milestone. After about a year of construction, the new building at the Grafenrheinfeld site has been completed.
With an investment of approximately 7 million euros in the expansion of its facility, TRIPS is demonstrating a clear and long-term commitment to Germany as a business location. The expansion underscores the company’s long-term strategy while also laying the groundwork for further growth.
At the heart of the expansion is a newly constructed facility on the company premises that offers significantly greater capacity. This is particularly true in the area of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). As a result, TRIPS will be able to carry out projects even more efficiently and flexibly in the future, while maintaining consistently high quality.
“With this new building, we are not only strengthening our operational processes but also making a deliberate investment in the future of our company”, the managing directors Caroline Trips and Christian Trips emphasize. “The expansion creates space for innovation, modern processes, and close, cross-departmental collaboration.”
At the same time, the new building offers a modern work environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. In this way, TRIPS is laying the groundwork to effectively engage the next generation of employees and ensure the company’s continued success in the long term.
