“Our business is family business” – Caroline and Christian Trips have been successfully running the TRIPS Group in the second generation since 1989. Now we are preparing the transition to the #NextGen.

Linus, Paulina and Jonas Trips and Ferdinand Winter are integrated into the company management and bring fresh ideas and innovations with them.

For us, the future of the TRIPS Group means combining tradition and innovation. We want to preserve the values of the family business while introducing new technologies and business areas such as Business Intelligence, Digital Twin and Energy Management in order to remain successful in the long term.

Linus Trips has already been actively involved in the company’s development since 2019. In the coming years, Paulina and Jonas Trips and Ferdinand Winter will also be integrated into the management level of the TRIPS Group. We are being carefully prepared for the challenges step by step in order to continue the responsibility and success of the company.
