You can find details here: https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out. We have concluded the necessary data protection agreements with the provider. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps and to create directions, provided that you directly click on a consent button that overlays the previously non-functional stylized Google Maps map image on our website. Google Maps is a map service from Google. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered as part of the route planner function, may be transmitted to Google in the USA. When you access a web page on our website that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. We therefore have no influence on the scope of the data collected by Google in this way. To the best of our knowledge, this is at least the following data:

Date and time of the visit to the website in question,

Internet address or URL of the website accessed,

IP address,

(Start) address entered during route planning.

YouTube

Our website uses videos from the Google-operated YouTube site when you click on a consent button that overlays YouTube videos on our site, which you can recognize by the stylized YouTube Play icon. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited, the general data transmitted by your browser (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time) and, for registered and logged-in YouTube or Google users, your Google user ID. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. According to Google, you can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

You can find more information about YouTube’s data processing at https://www.youtube.com/intl/de_be/howyoutubeworks/user-settings/privacy/

5. your rights

In accordance with data protection law, you have the right to information about the personal data processed by us, as well as the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, to object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw your consent to data processing, and the right not to be subject to fully automated decision-making (we do not carry out such decision-making). Please contact us using the contact details above.

If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes. The objection is free of charge and can be made informally, if possible to: Insert contact.

In the event that we process your data to protect legitimate interests, you can object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

6. transfer of data to third parties, recipient (categories) and intention to transfer data to third countries

Your data will only be passed on to third parties if we are authorized or obliged to do so (e.g. transfer of data to authorities, including law enforcement authorities). In addition, we may transfer personal data to service providers who support our business processes if necessary. If necessary, we have concluded the appropriate data protection contract with each such service provider. Such service providers may be IT service providers, for example.

Within our organization, we also ensure that only those persons and functions that objectively need to do so in order to perform their respective tasks handle your data.

Data will only be transferred to recipients in third countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area if and insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the underlying legitimate purpose. In such cases, we have also concluded suitable data protection contracts with the respective service provider before the start of the respective processing and/or agreed other necessary guarantees so that you can assume that your data will be protected to at least the same level as within the EU.

7. storage period of the data

We store your data for as long as it is required for the respective processing purpose. Please note that numerous retention periods require that data (must) continue to be stored. This applies in particular to retention obligations under commercial or tax law (e.g. German Commercial Code, German Fiscal Code, etc.). If there are no further retention obligations, the data will be routinely deleted once the purpose has been achieved.

In addition, we may retain data if you have given us your permission to do so or if legal disputes arise and we use evidence within the framework of statutory limitation periods, which can be up to thirty years; the regular limitation period is three years.

8. acquisition of existing customers

The TRIPS Group is interested in maintaining the customer relationship with you and providing you with information and offers about our products and services. We may therefore also process your data in order to send you relevant information and offers by e-mail.

The objection can be made free of charge and informally without giving reasons and can be addressed to us in any way.

9. SSL encryption:

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to advertising e-mails:

We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of our obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
