Innovation begins with courage – and sometimes simply with the first step

On October 7, 2025, TRIPS Managing Director Caroline TRIPS was the keynote speaker at the B2B Communication Days in Würzburg. Under the motto “Innovation and transparency as a driver of success: the transformation journey of the TRIPS group”, Trips described the development of the Grafenrheinfeld-based company.

In her keynote speech, she explained that the TRIPS group sees innovation not just as technological development, but rather as an attitude: being open, sharing, trying things out – and consistently focusing on transparency, trust and values. “Transformation can only succeed if people are allowed to help shape it,” said Caroline Trips.

AI was naturally a major topic at the event – and here, too, it is clear that AI is not an end in itself. It is a tool that helps us to make processes smarter, more sustainable and more efficient. The decisive factor is how we use it – responsibly, with humanity and foresight.

Caroline Trips encouraged all companies to take AI seriously: “It offers enormous potential if we integrate it into our organizations in a smart, courageous and value-oriented way,” said Trips.
