TRIPS not only operates internally as a family business under the motto “Our Business is family business”, we also support our more than 200 employees beyond work in their free time. In this way, Michaela Böttche, field manager in Production, and Florian Lindwurm from Process Engineering were recently able to win a donation of €750 each for their sports clubs in a lottery. The money was invested in a new set of jerseys for the youth team at DJK Schwebenried/Schwemmelsbach e.V. and in a new set of jerseys for the first team at TSV Grafenrheinfeld.
