The modification work has been completed. TRIPS automatyka polska (TAP) has recently doubled its production and office space. After its foundation in 2016, this is the third expansion to meet the growing order backlog. Now the current 53 employees under the management of Piotr Gryczynski can use the 2,100 m² for the production of switch cabinets. For the 526 m² of office space, a container solution was chosen in order to be able to react flexibly to expansions. With the newly acquired space, the workforce is expected to increase to 100 employees over the next two years and turnover is expected to rise to 3.5 million. Furthermore, an independent engineering department is to be established. TAP is facing many tasks, but it is well prepared for them.
