For our headquater in Grafenrheinfeld we are looking for a COMOS Engineer Electrical Design (m/f/d)

Key duties:

  • Engineering with COMOS-CAE-Tool EI&C, Cabinet Layout
  • Concept development for the control of plants and machines
  • Project planning, dimensioning of switchgear and field devices
  • Creation of circuit diagrams incl. all required lists and evaluations
  • Complete electrical planning / CAD engineering / electrical design
  • Selection of electrical components for sensors, actuators, control and switching devices and safety equipment
  • Compliance with implementation rules, standards and regulations
  • Responsibility for material ordering, material flow, follow-up and deadline monitoring
  • Preparation, coordination and supervision of production
  • Preparation incl. planning, coordination and supervision of the construction site (assembly, installation)
  • Coordination Supervision of FATs and in-house tests
  • Zeroing and, if necessary, supervisor activities on the construction site
  • Standardization of technology in COMOS
  • Creation of industry specific typicals for Cement / Mining, Pulp & Paper, Energy, Chemical and Oil&Gas
  • Development of customer specific projects and databases with the COMOS software

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technician in electrical engineering
  • Alternatively: Completed training as electrical technician (m/f) with focus on electrical engineering, power engineering, automation engineering (or comparable)
  • Practical experience with COMOS EI&C and with COMOS Cabinet Layout (knowledge of P&ID is a plus)
  • knowledge of other CAD systems (Elcad and/or EPlan) is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical planning,
  • good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • good knowledge of German or willingness to learn German
