The application of innovative milling technology in batch processes of the food, concentrated feed, or chemical industry sets high standards for traceability and reliability. TIRPS has been collaborating for many years with plant engineering companies of several industries to control these processes. Successful projects proove that, for example, the control concept for a flour mill, which – besides food law – has to meet Jewish dietary laws.
In further projects TRIPS technology controls, for example, colour mills to process pigments for print colour manufacturing, we modernize a production line in Indonesia’s second-largest flour mill or we optimize the process of animal feed production in a grain mill.
For this purpose, colleagues from the CAD plan preparation department, software engineering for the control systems as well as for visualizations and process control systems, switchgear construction, and commissioning are in operation.
